Heather Reynolds

I'm currently an Assistant Vice President/Applications Programming Consultant for Bank of America in Charlotte, North Carolina. I completed my master's degree in Management Information Systems in May 2017 from Georgia College & State University, where I was selected as the Outstanding MMIS Student of 2017. Before starting at Bank of America, I was previously a Release Management Process Optimization Intern for Walt Disney Attractions Technology in Orlando, Florida, and a Graduate Assistant/Web Development Assistant for the Georgia College Center of Design and e-Commerce in Milledgeville, Georgia. I graduated summa cum laude with my Bachelor’s of Business Administration in 2015.

  • Collaborated with release managers to create & update Microsoft Visio diagrams to analyze current release management processes and to identify bottlenecks inhibiting process efficiency
  • Established a wiki using Atlassian Confluence to manage process documentation, to provide increased visibility to cross-functional team calendars, and to improve awareness of release dates and statuses
  • Improved automation of release management planning tools to reduce defects and high priority incidents in production

Graduate Assistant/Web Development Assistant for the Center of Design & E-Commerce

  • Increased the Center’s clientele by over 50% in under 2 years.
  • Awarded $63,000 grant from the USDA to promote the Center’s services in establishing and improving online presences through e-commerce websites, social media, and search engine optimization in rural areas of Georgia.
  • Consulted with both existing and potential clients of the Center to interpret what functions their website would require to solve their unique business problems for different industries.
